Eileen Sullivan is the owner of Sullivan Law Firm.  She practices criminal and family law.  Before going into private practice, Eileen was a government attorney.  She began her legal career as a Deputy Maricopa County Public Defender representing indigent defendants in felony cases.  She transferred to the Maricopa County Legal Advocate’s Office Juvenile Unit and was appointed guardian ad litem in dependency and severance cases. Eileen received the National Asian American Bar Association Best Lawyer’s Under Forty in 2005.  
Eileen was born in the Bronx and grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. She worked throughout college and law school. Eileen also served internships with the US Department of State, US Congresswoman Cardiss Collins and United Airlines Legal Department.  
Eileen is active in the legal community.  Eileen is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association and has served as Secretary and Treasurer. She serves on the Arizona Women Lawyers Association’s Steering Committee and as Community Service Chair.   She previously served on the St. Thomas More Society Board of Directors also had served as Secretary, Treasurer and Red Mass Chair.  Eileen chaired the Arizona State Bar’s Young Lawyer Kid’s Holidayfest for two years.  She served on the Minority and Women in the Law Committee and chaired the Minority Bar Convention.  Eileen serves on the Membership Board and Criminal Law Committee Chair of the American Bar Association’s Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Section and previously served as a Diversity Fellow.  Eileen is an American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Fellow and was the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association National Representative to the American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division.   Eileen served on the American Bar Association Legal Opportunity Scholarship Committee for two years by Presidential Appointment.
Eileen is dedicated to the community.  Eileen presently serves on the Phoenix Children’s Museum Board of Directors and previously served as Secretary.  Eileen is a new member of the Board of Directors of the Child Crisis Center. She has been a member of the Junior League of Phoenix and has served as By Laws Chair/Parliamentarian, Corporate Contribution Treasurer, Children’s Museum of Phoenix Committee Chair and Advocacy Chair.  She is a City of Phoenix Commissioner serving on the Pacific Rim Advisory Council and previously served on the Art and Culture Commission.  She served on the Pulse Committee for the Arizona Chapter of the American Heart Association and the Emily Center Fashion Show and Luncheon Committee.  She previously mentored two students for Boys Hope Girls Hope. 
   Eileen enjoys spending time with friends and family.  She likes fashion, the arts, traveling (especially to the beach) and surfing.

Kenneth Vercammen is an attorney in Edison, NJ. He is Chair of the ABA Probate & Estate Planning Law Committee of the American Bar Association Solo Small Firm Division.  He is the author of the ABA book “Wills and Estate Administration”
He is a speaker for the NJ State Bar Association at the annual Nuts & Bolts of Elder Law & Estate Administration program.  He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.
He was Editor of the ABA Estate Planning Probate Committee Newsletter. Mr. Vercammen has published over 150 legal articles in national and New Jersey publications on Wills, litigation, estates, probate law and trial topics. 
He is a highly regarded lecturer on litigation and probate law for the American Bar Association, NJ ICLE, NJ State Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association. His articles have been published in noted publications included New Jersey Law Journal, ABA Law Practice Management Magazine, and New Jersey Lawyer. He established the NJlaws website www.njlaws.comwhich includes many articles on Estate Planning, Probate and Wills.
